If a friend sent you, you’re in the right place.

Insurance explained
before you need it.

For nine years I was the person who called after the worst day of someone's year. Too often I had to tell them what their policy didn't cover. Now I get to have that conversation before the accident, not after.

Three kinds of insurance. One person to call.

More on the way

More on the way as I'm appointed with more companies: motorcycles and boats for Clarks Hill Lake, landlord policies, small business, and South Carolina once I'm licensed there. Need one of those today? Call me anyway. If I can't place it, I'll tell you who can.

A claims adjuster’s point of view

The question I learned to ask: what happens next?

When you have worked the claim side, you learn that small choices on a policy can feel very big after a loss. I look at the details with that day in mind, not just the price today.

From Renata’s first clients

“She found my old policy had no uninsured motorist coverage. I had signed it away years ago without knowing.”Dean K., Evans

“Renata was my adjuster after a hailstorm a few years ago. When she opened her own office, she was my first call.” Gloria V., Martinez

“My son's first car went on my policy in one afternoon, and she answered a text at 8pm to send his ID card.” Maribel T., Grovetown

A few good questions

Let’s make the first call easy.

Do I have to come to the office?

No. Renata offers evening and Saturday appointments, including kitchen-table visits when that is easier.

What do I need for an auto quote?

Send each driver’s name and date of birth, each vehicle’s year, make and model, and your current declarations page.

What if I need something you do not place yet?

Call Renata anyway. If she cannot place it, she will tell you who can.

Call or text Renata directly. If evenings, Saturdays or your kitchen table are easier, we can make that work.
